chore(admin): Update build configuration and ignore analysis reports

- Add report.html files to .gitignore to exclude analysis reports from version control
- Update build time configuration to include milliseconds for unique timestamps
- Add explanatory comment for build time millisecond precision
- Regenerate bundle analysis report with updated build configuration
